Programme Overview

The Forum maintains an active member education programme of engagement with leaders from the cultural, economic, political and social sectors to broaden their understanding of their ecosystem and contribute to ongoing learning.

Over the past Quarter Century, the Editors Forum platform has

become the normative point of contact for leaders from all sectors to share

information on current and emerging issues and contribute to the national

narrative that shapes the texture and fabric of Swazi society.

The Forum also appreciates the importance of succession planning

and to ensure that emerging leaders in the news media absorb the principles and

this reason, senior journalists with responsibility for departments also join

the Editors Forum.

The Forum has an active structured annual programme for capacity

development of its members and conducts a Master Class for leadership
